As a courtesy, we will gladly accept unworn items for exchange with-in 7 days.
Customers wishing to exchange must email a request to: samira13jewelry@gmail.com
Email Us with-in 24 hours of receipt of goods for an approved Return Authorization. Email correspondence regarding Exchange/Return requests will take place during operating business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
All items subject to exchange must be in original condition and in original packaging, all boxes and pouches must accompany the item/items being returned.
All exchanged items will be inspected and not accepted for exchange if any wear is detected.
Restocking Fee: A non-negotiable 6% restocking fee will be applied to all returns plus any promotional shipping fees not to exceed $26.
Special Orders and exclusively designed items are non refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping: In the case free shipping was applied to your order, in the case of return, our flat rate shipping cost of $26 plus the 6% product restocking fee will be deducted from all store credits and refunds.
No cancellations accepted after order has been processed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE SHIPPING POLICY:
All items being returned to Samira 13 are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
It is required that any returned packages be fully insured and tracking information provided to Samira 13 at time of return shipment.
Samira 13 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages being returned to Samira 13. Return packages should be addressed to:
SAMIRA 13 and not SAMIRA 13 JEWELRY.
